Master Breeder Herd

The Wormanby herd was formed in 1972 and is a pedigree Holstein herd owned by Harry, Margaret, David and Louise Hodgson. The 160 plus herd is farmed on 320 acres.

The farm is based just outside the city of Carlisle, in the North West of England, beside the historic village of Burgh-by-Sands. It is situated next to the Vallum of Hadrian's Wall and can be reached within 20 minutes from the M6, Junction 4.

We are currently milking 160 pedigree Holsteins and have 40EX and 75VG cows.
